With over 650 robots operating in stone fabrication shops across North America, the BACA Robo SawJet ensures perfect cuts and high-quality finishes on each piece. This technology allows us to create countertops with perfectly straight edges and complex shapes with ease.
We use the Prodim measurement system in our projects to ensure precise and detailed measurements. This system offers professional dimensioning and complete digital modeling solutions, allowing us to accurately capture the dimensions of spaces and countertops. With Prodim, we ensure that each countertop is custom-made to fit perfectly in the client's environment.
For polishing and finishing pieces, we use the renowned TITAN CNC series. Specifically, we employ the Series 3700, which offers a unique combination of size, speed, precision, and ease of operation. With the TITAN CNC router, we ensure high-quality finishes and precise details on each piece. This technology allows us to create polished edges and meticulous finishes that enhance the natural beauty of the materials we use.
